Winter Sage Services takes pride in providing coaching for divorce, separation, and parenting and will soon expand its offerings to include family and marriage therapy.
Divorce, often seen as a traumatic experience, can be challenging to process initially. Lives may feel like they are ending, shattered, and individuals may struggle to envision rebuilding and finding happiness. Employing a somatic therapy approach, I provide support, guidance, and resources throughout all stages of separation and divorce. This transformative event can serve as a powerful portal for personal growth if embraced. Whether the decision for divorce or separation was voluntary or imposed, you can exert significant control over the outcome.

People often say to me, "You're always so happy" or "How can you be smiling with everything you've been through?" Some days, my positivity is too much for people, and I have to work at it. But the truth is, I am that happy—it’s my choice. Every day. Day after day. I choose happiness, joy, and gratitude.
I have bad days, and life isn't always easy. I have experienced more pain than I would ever wish on anyone. I've gone through a lot, and just like everyone else, my life and family are not perfect. There's been heartbreak, painful loss, letdown after letdown, fear, anxiety, illness... you name it. But, I'm reminded there is always something to be grateful for and endless blessings in my life.
I'll continue to be thankful every day and lead with happiness, love, faith, and gratitude in my heart. This is what I strive to teach my clients: to hold themselves accountable for their lives, create new goals on a new path, move forward, rediscover who they once were, and know their true value. Be happy. Have faith and gratitude.
